The facility is situated on 23 acres with 1000 feet of
bulkheaded water frontage and approximately 50,000 square
feet of enclosed shop area.
The property houses various shops to streamline production
and to further increase productivity.

Boat Building |
The vast size of the building enables C&C Boat Works
to complete entire boat projects within the confines of
the shop area.
The building houses numerous overhead cranes and is predominantly
used for:
- material processing
- boat assembly & sub-assembly
- cutting
- fitting
- welding

C&C Boat Works operates its own full-service machine
and hydraulic shops. This allows for a faster turn-around
on repair jobs.
