OFFSHORE SUPPLY VESSEL FABRICATION

C&C Marine and Repair, LLC, through the years, have designed and built a variety of offshore supply vessels for the marine industry. These vessels have ranged in size from 170’ up to 280’ in length.  The designs of the vessels, and subsequent certifications, have varied to support specific missions, such as flotels and carriage of methanol and LDHI.   The certifications have included USCG under 100 Gross Tons, USCG Subchapter L & I, ABS OSV Classed, ABS DP-1 & DP-2 Classed, ABS FiFi Classed and SOLAS certified.  In addition, these vessels have also included different propulsion configurations, including conventional, semi-diesel electric, and full diesel electric with Z-drive propulsion.

C&C Marine and Repair’s staff of naval architects, engineers, and designers work with the customers to ensure their mission specific requirements are fulfilled, that all systems are fully integrated, and that the design and fabrication meet all USCG and ABS requirements.  The use of the latest 2D and 3D modeling software allow for seamless detailed design, equipment and system integration.  C&C Marine and Repair has continually encouraged and supported new technologies in vessel designs and construction.
