Since 1997, C&C Marine and Repair has been a trusted name in towboat construction. Our Belle Chasse, Louisiana facility is equipped with indoor construction bays, overhead cranes, and integrated engineering teams that allow us to deliver vessels on time and on budget.
Every towboat we build is engineered for the specific operating conditions our clients face, whether navigating narrow channels, pushing heavy barge fleets on the Mississippi, or providing harbor assistance in busy ports. Our onsite engineers work directly with clients to optimize hull design, propulsion systems, and accommodations.

ACBL Mariner
The ACBL Mariner is one of the most powerful inland towboats ever built in the United States. Constructed by C&C Marine and Repair for American Commercial Barge Line, this 11,000 HP twin-screw towboat is capable of pushing up to 64 barges at once on the inland waterway system.

MV John Paul Eckstein
Built for Marquette Transportation, the MV John Paul Eckstein is a 10,000 HP line boat and sister ship to the ACBL Mariner class. Recently christened, this towboat demonstrates C&C Marine's ability to deliver the largest and most powerful towboats operating on America's inland waterways.
